In early August, Daniel Fenton had the privilege of speaking with Ontario’s Military Defence Representative, Bernie Derible, at the ODMR Defence Plenary in Niagara. As a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces and former senior NATO military officer, Mr. Derible brought valuable insight and perspective to the conference.
